Shout Out Encouragement

Over the years I have casually watched The Talk.  Sometimes more often than others.  Depending on what is in the new I can be more int4erested in tuning in to see what the women will be saying about the subject.  I have always enjoyed Sheryl Underwood.  So is very feisty, great opinions and feisty.

But one of the best things I love a.bout Sheryl is her ability to be candid about her life.  Just like me, her life is an open book.  She has been very vocal about being a sexual trauma survivor.  On numerous occasions, she has shared her struggles about her traumas and her healing from it.

In the past month, Sexual Trauma and Sexual Harassment has been an active conversation in the news and definitely on The Talk.  Sheryl has been amazing on sharing her thoughts on the subject.  She has been very professional and poignant about it.

After a recent show, where Sheryl shared her input on the subject of Sexual trauma I decided to do a SHOUT OUT to Sheryl on Twitter.  When I did it I honestly did not expect a response from her.  I posted it on a Friday.  On Sunday I was at work and all of a sudden I got like 5 notifications from Twitter.  I could not immediately check it but on my break I did.  I realized that all the notifications was because SHERYL UNDERWOOD LIKED AND RETWEETED MY TWEET!!! And then her followers liked or retweeted it.   I was so EXCITED!!!

Granted I understand there is a possibility that it might have been a Social Media Manager that did these actions.  But I like to think that it was indeed Sheryl Underwood that did these actions.  Sheryl seems like a genuine person that would indeed like and retweet a SHOUTOUT.

It does my heart good to know that Sheryl Underwood read what I said about her.  I am super encouraged.  And I definitely mean it when I said that she gives me hope.

Much Love Take Care
