This song is definitely an oldie but goodies.  It has an uplifting feel to it.  But if you really listen to the lyrics this person is choosing to think positive about the rain.  He is choosing to dance in the rain instead of running from it.  This. is the mindset I have learned to have.  ,  Instead of being upset about the rainstorms in my life I choose to dance in the rain, to sing in the rain and even to splash in the puddles.  We have choices when something not planned happens.  we can allow it to define us or to refine fine us.  The choice is yours.
