Monday Memories

As many of you know I moved to the Hampton Roads area at the end of April 2018 to do some healing from my childhood.

A father is suppose to be a postive influence in our lives. Someone to guide us and to pick us up when we fall. My dad definitely did some guiding in my life but he was not always there to pick me up in a loving tender way.

My childhood had some great times and memories. But I think with any type of negative memories in our lives it is so easy to have a foggy vision of the good things.

So my hope is to go down memory lane as much as I can to share the good, the bad and the ugly so that I will no longer just think of the bad memories when I think of my childhood. That the good memories will be the first thing that I think of.

As with anything else I have a vision of taking you down memory lane every Monday. But I realize that a vision and reality sometimes don’t meet up. And I am okay with that. All that matters is I try. And that is exactly what I will do.

Thanks for taking this journey with me. I hope you packed your toothbrush and you have your passport handy

To GOD Be The GLORY. Take Care. Much Love.
